ElectroSpare Cart delivers electrical products across India using reliable courier and logistics partners such as DTDC, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Delhivery, and other freight logistics service providers depending on shipment size, weight, and destination.
Delivery Coverage
- We deliver to most locations across India.
- Shipping availability is subject to serviceability of courier and logistics partners.
Shipping Charges
- Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout.
- Charges depend on product weight, dimensions (volumetric weight), and delivery location.
- Applicable shipping charges are displayed before order confirmation.
Delivery Timelines
- Delhi / NCR: Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days
- Other locations: Estimated delivery within 3–7 working days
- Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier partner, weather, or unforeseen delays.
Order Dispatch & Availability
- Orders are dispatched after successful payment confirmation.
- If a product is out of stock or unavailable, customers will be informed via email with revised delivery timelines, alternatives, or cancellation options.
Delivery Confirmation
- All deliveries must be received and signed for at the delivery address.
- Customers are advised to inspect the package before accepting delivery.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. ElectroSpare Cart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
COD Availability
- Cash on Delivery is available only in selected serviceable locations.
- Availability depends on the courier partner’s ability to accept cash payments.
COD Order Value Limit
- COD is available for orders with a maximum value of ₹6,000.
COD Restrictions
Cash on Delivery is not available for the following categories:
- Fans
- Wires & Cables
- Stabilizers
- Appliances
- Fragile items
- Heavy or oversized products (actual or volumetric weight)
COD Technical Limitations
In rare cases, COD orders may be placed due to technical errors even if the order does not meet shipping or COD eligibility criteria. In such cases, ElectroSpare Cart reserves the right to cancel the order with an apology for the inconvenience caused.
Returns & Replacement Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Conditions for Return
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Original invoice and all accessories must be included.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
- Electrical items once installed or used.
- Customized or special-order products.
Replacement Process
After verification of the reported issue, a replacement will be initiated where applicable. If replacement is not possible, a refund may be processed at the company’s discretion.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
ElectroSpare Cart reserves the right to cancel and refund (if applicable) any order at its sole discretion in cases including but not limited to product discontinuation, obsolescence, scarcity, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions.
Certain products may have fluctuating availability and may be temporarily unavailable. In such cases, orders may be cancelled with appropriate communication.
